Ordered in drive thru and told to pull around for total(this is at 810pm). Never got a total from the shift leader Kirby( young lady with blue hair) she just kept window closed, never acknowledged me and then started counting down the drive thru window cash drawer down in front of me. I mean is that really smart to do and proper training/ protocol? Dell took my money and was nice and friendly, she rocks. Maybe Kirby was having a bad day and I can understand that as we all do,...
I don’t usually rate fast food places, but the staff here on Christmas Eve went above and beyond. So kind, and offered a free drink as I was eating inside. They should know the little extras including their friendliness was much appreciated. I’ll be back.
Best fast food place around the workers are helpful kind and patient the food is cooked to order very quickly and the skinny black dude I believe is a night time manager/closer that should be the GM he’s the heart of what makes this place great he’s a great worker and an even better person!
