Slowest, most inefficient Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Sat at the window waiting only on a 3 piece strip order while 6 cars behind me got their food first and drove around me. The drive through is the worst. Don’t expect to get through it quick. Almost faster to drive to the Greenmount Chick-fil-A and order…. This slow service has happened every time, regardless of what I order. I refuse to ever go back.
Chick-fil-A is known for their crazy efficiency at getting guests food fast and always good service. Not this location. It’s terrible! I waited probably 20 minutes for food that I ordered ahead on the AP, and there weren’t even 10 cars in the drive through. They messed my sandwich up, gave me hot tea, gave me 1 sauce, and were not at all attentive. My last few experiences with Chick-fil-A Fairview Heights has been poor. Sometimes when I do curbside the app tells me a team member is coming out and they never come and my order disappears. Two nights ago, they were about to close and I had been waiting 10 minutes for for them to bring my order out. I jumped in the drive through to ask about my order.
