My son wanted Chipotle for dinner on 5/14. He has asked for 2 days so I gave in. I'm no fan because every time I go into the Fairview Heights store it's a mess. Food all over the counters and dining area is not clean. My son got brown rice and my husband and I got white rice chicken bowls. We get home start eating and immediately the rice was crunchy. Ordered online for pickup. Order was ready on time. Picked up order and checked it and noticed it was missing an apple juice. Told employee about it. She told me I didn’t order one and then walked away. She came back out and I showed her the receipt and the phone screen shot, and she silently handed me one and walked away.
