The Bistro On Sterling offers a delightful dining experience with its first-rate and absolutely delicious food. The staff is phenomenal and quite attentive, making every visit enjoyable. The steak is the best in ages, melting in your mouth, and the crab cakes are a standout item that many diners enjoy. Other popular choices include the creamy pasta with spicy sausage, chicken, and shrimp, as well as the Italian Beef sliders and grilled salmon, which disappear quickly. The butterscotch espresso martini is a decadent treat not to be missed. While the prices may be a bit steep and the space small, it is an excellent venue for a special occasion or to treat yourself. The Bistro has received recognition for supporting Black Restaurant Month, adding to its appeal. Although some items may run out, the overall experience remains positive, making it a place worth visiting again.
