I love Red Lobster. As a company, they seem to have a knack for hiring and/or training quality staff and also do a great job of periodically adding delicious new items to the menu. This restaurant is no different in those regards. Wife and I dined in. I noticed a clump of napkins that had fallen on the floor and then about 10 feet from those were French fries that had fallen on the floor. We watched as 4 separate workers traversed back and forth, looked at the items but never bothered to pick them up, and had even stepped on the fries a few times. My wife ordered the Cajun chicken pasta but there was no Cajun seasoning, she had to ask for some on the side. Our waitress Krystal was great, she apologized...
