Tonight I went in and ordered food. And to no surprise there was something wrong with my order. I got home and had to go back, not happy about that. I will say the manager there was nice she refunded the part of my order that was wrong and gave me a new order. When we eat in it is always good, just when I order to go it is EVERY time wrong and have to go back. So lesson learned.....check the order BEFORE leaving there.
Been to several Culvers nationally. Kentucky, Alabama, Illinois. Reasonably consistent no matter where you go. I've been to this location several times, and it does not disappoint. Crew is helpful, on the job, busy, well groomed, and careful. No complaints at all. Food is okay, I always get the fish because. Suggest changing the fryer oil more often in Fox Lake. Expensive, I know, but worth it in the end. All things considered, well done all. I'll be back.
