The Great American Bagel is a cool little place with a great location. The bagels and homemade cream cheeses are delicious, and the soups are really good. However, the staff can be curt and act as if they don't have time to take orders, which detracts from the overall experience. The food is fairly fast, with the Tuna Sandwich and Chopped Chicken Salad being very good, though the chopped salad could use more actual chopping.
