Mild complaint: the ingredient prep have rather large cuts? I.e. larger chunks of avocado, cucumber, etc. the result is less dispersed ingredients in the poke bowl.

Despite that, freshness of ingredients are great.“

The ramen was good and definitely enjoyable, but nothing stood out enough to make me want to come back over some of the other ramen spots in the area. The flavors were solid, but I was expecting something more memorable.
