“In the past I was not really a Jerk food type of guy, but I love this place. The food was fresh and seasoned just like I like it. The overall atmosphere was great as well. Super clean sitting area with quiet music and television while you wait for your food. I've been there twice already, and will definitely be going back. “I went for the first time and it blew me away. It was quiet at this time and we were the first orders of the day, but the food came fairly quickly. I ordered the Byrd bomb and it was a very generous portion as I had hoped. The sauce is amazing, and the chicken is flavorful and cooked to perfection. The fries are amazing with the seasoning, and the toast was warm and buttery. Extremely satisfied overall, will come back again!“

“looks as tho everything is done in house. the fries are fresh cut potatoes. the patties are hand made. the chicken is I think the best fried chicken I've ever had. texture of the frying and pinch of lemon pepper balances extremely well. prices are dirt cheap. if this exact item was at a downtown gastro pub it be selling for $12.99 which people would gladly pay and it be famous like Au Cheval with a line and not the $2.99 I paid. a lot of care of actual not taking shortcuts goes into the food preparation. I even saw the guy put on a brand new pair of vinyl gloves to prepare and cook the food. they are moving locations next week glad I came across them while here on business. I'm super critical and knitpicky and rarely think a good item is something pretty amazing even their house hotsauce very vinegary and balanced. Former chef. I don't know if anyone's seen that McDonald's movie, the founder and Michael Keaton, the founder goes up to a McDonald's and orders, a hamburger fries and a Coke. And as he's getting the change and 5 seconds later, he gets the meal. Well, as you know, that has but if you ever go to some of these locations, I'm not talking about every location. But I've experienced this at the let's see it is the Sheridan road. Location north of laola university and oh my God, I ordered the food. Got the change went to the end of the counter with my cup and the food was there before I made it to grab the cup before I made it to the end of the counter 10 steps away to grab my cup. The food was ready before I grabbed my cup to get my they make get your own drinks but yes, that's the only thing it literally got ready. “Came in this afternoon with my wife for lunch; and this was our first time coming here. From the get go; we thought it was a Greek Chicken restaurant! To our surprise it was. A fusion surprise. You could get Mexican food dishes or Chicken to Pork. Oh yah complimentary chips and salsa. The Husband and Wife workers here were amazing as well; and were a delight. The Food was exceptional! “I didn’t dine, but it was decent sized space. The host was very receptive as soon I walked in to pick my order. Very great service from initial experience. The food was delicious especially the fried chicken. The Rose Deokkbokki was really great as well. The Kimchi Fried rice hit the spot for sure. Very genuine Korean tasting food.“

“Visited drive through and ordered 6 piece combo. Pulled up to window after a few minutes wait and handed staff member a credit card. I asked for the receipt and in a not so nice way was told ‘it’s on the bottom of the bag’ I told the staff member they were rude. (I don’t think she wanted to be there) .
When I got home there was no receipt in the bag. I called the customer service number explained how much I liked the food but wanted the receipt. I was told to wait a few days and it would be emailed to me. 6 days later and I’m still waiting. I don’t like to post on- line a negative experience but thought maybe I might get the issue resolved if I did

“I had mixed feelings about my visit to Port of Peri Peri. The food was honestly excellent and full of flavor, so I have no complaints about the quality of the meal itself.

However, the customer service really let the experience down. The staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming, and when I asked questions, they either didn't respond properly or didn't seem interested in helping. The dining area also looked like it needed more attention—several tables were greasy and didn't appear to be cleaned promptly, which made eating in feel a bit unhygienic.

If you're planning to try this place, I'd recommend ordering takeout instead of dining in. She greeted us, took our order with a smile, and chatted with our children about our recent plane ride after bringing us our food. And on top of that, the food was ON POINT - like seriously so good.
