Waited a half hour for our food at a table with a number and found out it was placed at the counter pick up area. The employees saw us sitting there and didn't mention our food was just sitting there getting cold.
So I say I want a quarter pounder W CHEESE. I only want pickles and lettuce. She says I'm confused because you said only lettuce. I said only lettuce and pickle. She said I didn't hear the and. I say a quarter pounder with CHEESE with just pickle ane lettuce. I get home no.cheese . Our educational system has fail us because these are adults who listening skills are gone. I had an amazing iced coffee. I upgraded to add Carmel, cold foam and a shot of espresso. Spot on and can’t wait until my next one. This was on a Friday afternoon. Gentleman was very friendly.

Customers have mixed experiences at Bucciferro Family McDonald's. One order from the app was delivered with missing food in a sealed bag, and emails got no resolution. Another doordash order took 35 minutes for the restaurant to give food to the dasher, who was waiting inside. However, a curbside order for prom was brought out by a sweet blonde woman who said the sun was bright and couldn't see the customer's pretty face. She wished a great night at prom. The food was perfect.
