The better of the two locations in Freeport at least you get your food fairly quickly but one of the employees is OBVIOUSLY smoking weed before their shift because I get a whiff of that smell when I'm paying for my food and then my bag ends up smelling like weed as well.
Waited a half hour for our food at a table with a number and found out it was placed at the counter pick up area. The employees saw us sitting there and didn't mention our food was just sitting there getting cold.

Customers have mixed experiences at Bucciferro Family McDonald's. One order from the app was delivered with missing food in a sealed bag, and emails got no resolution. Another doordash order took 35 minutes for the restaurant to give food to the dasher, who was waiting inside. However, a curbside order for prom was brought out by a sweet blonde woman who said the sun was bright and couldn't see the customer's pretty face. She wished a great night at prom. The food was perfect.
