11 Best Pizza Restaurants in Freeport

“Good for a quick easy meal!
This place has been a go-to for alot of us growing up in Freeport over the years.
The staff is usually always friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a pizza joint. You can grab anything from some pizza from the buffet, to many flavors of chicken wings that are usually always good.
Unfortunately, the one/two downsides (like almost everything these days) is the Cost/Quality of what you get these days.

“Great food unfortunately the person answering phones for takeout or delivery makes it nearly impossible to get what you want. I have special needs. I usually pay over phone plus tip, have delivery ring bell and leave order. It takes me awhile to get to door. The person taking orders today wants to fight about it lol. I've moved on to a more compassionate restaurant!“

“We love going to Cannova's.

The food is good, especially for this area. It is tasty! The positive is that so much of the menu is clearly made from scratch and in-house. The challenge is this sometimes means inconsistent flavors from visit to visit. Still, the offerings are diverse and everything has been good!

The service is generally friendly and the servers are consistently the same people, which is a good sign. Sometimes there are boss-employee conversations happening awkwardly within ear shot of customers.

The atmosphere is what really makes Cannova's shine. It is cozy and the live music makes for a uniquely enjoyable dinner experience. Cannova's is great for a date, a family dinner, or a dinner gathering with friends.

“Came here for dinner and drinks. Ordered 20 wings and fries. Wings were very good, fries were top tier and servers/bartenders were all friendly and we never had an empty glass. The only reason I’m giving the atmosphere 3/5 stars is because they have several TVs on the wall with sports playing but wouldn’t turn the volume on and they didn’t have a jukebox… just a preset playlist that played throughout the restaurant.“

“The thin crust of their pizzas is way better than other thin crust pizzas I've had across the country. It's thin and crispy but NOT hard to bite through or burnt.
The taco pizza is almost overflowing with toppings so you might make a little mess trying to eat it but it's great. The hamburger pizza my wife ordered was delicious as well.
The restaurant was clean and well maintained and the waitresses were kind and attentive. I'll have to come back across the country and try the mexican food next time, but I'm confident it'll be great.“

“I like the pizza tracker. I know. It’s gimmicky but it lets me know if I have enough time to go get my car washed before pick up. And my son was like “bruh, we have to try the new stuffed crust.” I wasn’t hungry and ate 3 slices. It’s really good for a pizza chain.“
