“The first time my son and I went in about three weeks ago and very friendly lady waited on us. We had a great latte. I had the orange and white chocolate and I couldn’t wait to go back again. Then today we did and not only was the latte not as good. I couldn’t taste the orange at all. (The friendly lady was there but didn’t make our drinks) but the girls were complaining about someone being from Wisconsin while they were at the drink counter making our drinks and how they have people from Wisconsin. I’m not sure if they were talking about me and my family BUT we are from Wisconsin and were standing right there and could hear everything they were saying. My daughter heard them saying this also. I was not impressed at all today. Which is sad because I really talked very highly of the place to my husband when I got the first coffee. And so did my son. I made a special stop there today and was really let down. I guess I should have just stopped at Starbucks that was next door to us in Dubuque but I would rather support a small, local business. I hope next time is much better again or I probably won’t be back again.“
