“Sometimes there sold out of cookies. But that’s ight. The employees seem sad sometimes. But that’s probably because they have to deal with some crappy customers. They also have another option if there out of a cookie, or will compensate somehow. The one thing that I’m not a big fan of, is sometimes the store looks a bit dirty. Otherwise, the employees try their best, and the cookies are pretty good. If they have them.“

I was seriously shocked yesterday that while paying for a $7 cupcake for my 8 year old on the way to a party at dance. I declined needing a bag twice but was informed it’s $0.50 for a fork when I asked for one. I get it when you buy 24 cupcakes they’re not supplying a box of forks to your order but when you buy a $7 cupcake a few times a month the fork should be included. When you buy a sundae for $6 at Culver’s they don’t charge you for a spoon just seems like a petty or poorly executed policy.“

She has 7 different flavors (date & cardamon, walnut, coconut & walnut, pistachio, chocolate hazelnut, lentil [savory], and spicy lentil [savory]), and while the date/cardamon is a family favorite, there isn't anything short of an all-star in the lineup; atop by the Freight House indoor market on a weekend sometime, or catch her when she's running her stand to enjoy some fresh Ethiopian coffee or tea with your baklava!
