My partner and I ate here for our three year anniversary, Debbie and Lydia were incredibly kind and personable from the second we walked in the door. The fresh focaccia they bring you before your entree is beautiful and I highly recommend the lobster cavatappi. What a wonderful experience :)
Our server was excellent. Don't remember her name but she said it was Hawaiian.
Its fine. The staff were nice. The views are nice. Its closer than traveling to downtown Galena...I think they are trying too hard to be fine dining with the food. If you are going for pizza, they don't serve large pizzas in main dining area.

Woodlands is a lovely restaurant on Lake Galena, and even on a cold, rainy day, the view remains amazing. Some guests have had a great experience in the lounge area near the bar, and one customer highly recommends the Reuben sandwich.
