5 Best Ice Cream Shops in Galesburg

“Stopped in after a dance class at the library. I travel a lot and make it a mission to seek out locally owned ice cream shops. I love my ice cream and love trying new flavors. I ask about the most unusual and the most popular flavors before making my choice. The owner and I spent several minutes discussing the flavors and what types of ice cream I like. I ended up with chocolate drizzled caramel corn and jacked up Tennessee toffee. Both were EXCELLENT!!! Very creamy and good flavor combinations. I even took a pint of each home (an hour and 15 min drive). I had a cooler in my car and the ice cream only softened a little. So many more flavors I want to try. I will be back!!!!!“

“I am allergic to gluten, dairy, and eggs. It’s insane I can come here and pick anything in the place. I love it and so does my son (no allergies). Everything we’ve tried has been amazing. My current favorite is maple cookie crunch! I am hopeful that a graham cracker flavored treat will be made sometime! 10/10 recommend.“
