“I have never had a better crab rangoon in my life than the ones made by Catering Made Simple. It was the first thing my now husband and I tried for our tasting and I knew from there that everything else would be fantastic. Every single guest who tried one, raved about them. The rest of the food was fantastic too. We also had Swedish meatballs and caprese skewers for our cocktail hour. For dinner, we had the pecan encrusted goat cheese salad, spinach and brie stuffed chicken, filet mignon, green bean casserole, and potatoes and it was all great. Because of the size of our wedding, we had to do a room flip and set 200 place settings in under an hour and the Catering Made Simple team got straight to business and got the place settings set and salads out in a beautiful fashion. I was nervous about the room flip but Cari assured us that their team does them all the time. As far as linens and place settings go, they had exactly what we had in mind. Their team seems to be very passionate about their food and their business. While sometimes the communication wasn’t as much as my stressed out, wedding-addled bride brain needed (or thought I needed), we were able to communicate all the details needed to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Every guest we’ve talked to has raved about the food and I’m just so glad we chose Catering Made Simple. But seriously, the crab rangoons alone are worth choosing CMS for your event. I think about them often. My friends, family, and coworkers keep bringing them up. I would very much like for CMS to sell these in bulk for me to buy and have whenever I want lol - I’m very glad we worked together and would recommend them for sure!“

“My husband and I owned a mobile Hot Dog Stand I ran it in Northwest Indiana. I sold Bari Beef Sandwiches. I was famous for my Beef sandwiches . I have and will always swear by Bari Beef!!!! We have moved all over the country the last 9 years and just moved to Bartlett Illinois. I just found out I live only 9.8 miles from Bari factory store …… I think I have died and gone to Heaven!!! On a side note. I had a deal for all new customers who questioned whether I had the best beef sandwiches. I told them “You buy my Beef sandwich and if you do t think it’s the best you have ever had I will give you your money back!” I have NEVER had to give anyone their money back!!! “We used La Huerta a couple of weeks ago to provide the food for a retirement party at our house. I went into the store to talk to them about my options and was thrilled with the catering gal, Josie! She gave me her cell number and asked me to text her with any questions I had ahead of the party. Great service! Not only does she know everything about the food they offer but she helped me with suggestions of how much to order, tips for covering tables safely because of the sternos, allowed us to borrow chafing trays and sternos for the day (free as long as we returned next day), delivery option and margarita machine you can borrow if you would like. They offer 3 sizes of tray options which is great to accommodate your size party. We ordered enough food that delivery was free and much to my surprise, that did include someone setting it up and lighting the sternos. They even included plastic serving utensils. We basically just needed to have the tables ready to go prior to their arrival. As for the food….. excellent! Big hit! We did have leftovers, but we packed it up and I think it may have been even tastier the second day! Something I would recommend that you may not consider is the fruit tray, beautifully cut fruit and very fresh. What we did order was three types of meat for tacos – shredded chicken, AlPastor and Asada, refried beans, rice, street corn, chips and of course, guacamole, pico and salsa. All fantastic – would definitely recommend!“
