Le Cochon in Geneva absolutely blew us away. The food was insane — the Rillons were rich, crispy, tangy, and utterly addictive; the Coq au Vin was deeply flavorful and beautifully executed; and the pork cassoulet was phenomenal — hearty, deeply savory, and incredibly satisfying.
