“Le Cochon in Geneva absolutely blew us away. The food was insane — the Rillons were rich, crispy, tangy, and utterly addictive; the Coq au Vin was deeply flavorful and beautifully executed; and the pork cassoulet was phenomenal — hearty, deeply savory, and incredibly satisfying.

Just as impressive was the hospitality. Joe behind the bar was fantastic — personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. Kathrine, our waitress, was exceptional — attentive, gracious, and genuinely made the evening feel special.
