“We had such a wonderful server who answered all our questions without hesitation. She elevated our experience with the superb service we received and that is not to put the put under the service. Oh, by no means at all, the food and wine were spectacular. My wife had the halibut, which I have to highly recommend after having tasted it and I got the Beef Wellington. The Beef Wellington was great but is really meant for more than one person regardless I got to have more subsequent days so good for me.

Highly recommend enjoying the food here. We definitely expect to come back to try more dishes. So many offerings but my stomach can handle only so much.“

“Had an amazing experience at La Grande Boucherie. The food was absolutely fantastic, but what really stood out was the hospitality. The chef who runs the restaurant actually takes the time to walk around, talk to guests, and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. We ended up having a great chat with him, which made the evening feel even more special.

Bane, who took care of us, was amazing as well , super attentive, friendly, and just a great chap all around. He really made us feel looked after without ever being overbearing.

“Overall an excellent experience. Service was great. The warm cheese starter was excellent and very tasty. The escargot was good. The ravioli was missing the brown butter taste. The. Duck was good with red cabbage, beets, sweet potato and mushrooms. The almond cake was also very good. Would definitely return and try new things again.“

“I found this gem about a month ago and I have been here several times in the past month...and I live in South Carolina! If you have not found this place - RUN to them! Their food is amazing. Their French Onion soup will bring a tear to your eyes... and their Cornish hen is out of this world! Graham and his crew here are kicking out some amazing food you can't find everywhere in Chicago and this place is becoming a fan favorite with our company and some of our vendors/partners. Great place to take a client, date, or just some friends.“

“We loved our meal last night for Valentine’s Day! pair the duck bread with the squash soup. It was absolutely delicious. The goat cheese salad with the apple dressing was equally as good. My steak was cooked perfectly. We had an amazing espresso martini and a delightful crisp lemon cocktail. My husband also liked their old fashioned. We split caramel ice cream with pineapple and it was a great finishing touch. The Moscato d Asti never disappoints either this is our fourth Valentine’s Day with Brindille and it has been our tradition ever since we have been together. Each year is different and this year was definitely better than the last! Their servers are great too. We are looking forward to our future years here. Thank you. ❤️“

“This small Cafe was worth the crazy traffic on a rainy day. Got there right as theh opened and I'm glad we did, they filled up fast! Coffee was delicious, crepes were the best we ever had. Got to meet the owner who recommended his favorite crepe. Wonderful experience.“

“Hosted a wedding anniversary event here and these people were phenomenal. It’s a little pricey at $7500min spend but boy do they take care of all the details, have great spirit on site, and they threw in well-timed complimentary sparklers for the entire group for toasts. Erica on site was incredibly warm spirited and lovely. Erin is the one plan it all through! Highly recommend“

“I took my daughter out for her birthday with my son and his family. Suffice it to say, my family loves good food and the menu hit the spot for us. Warm bread served with a briny tapenade, seafood tower, oyster plate, caviar service, duck, steaks and delicious sides were just a few items that we ate. The drinks were good as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and the service was very good.“

“Absolutely loved my experience at Le Colonial! The Lychee Martini is hands down one of the best in Chicago—so delicious and refreshing! 🍸 The Pho Bo was also fantastic, with a flavorful broth and perfectly cooked ingredients. 🍜

“Since coming back from Paris, I just wanted to re-experience an amazing French breakfast and pastry. And this place never disappoints! I brought my mom here and knowing she has high expectations, I was nervous. But after her first bite, I knew that she loved it! Everyone is always very nice and the atmosphere is just so cozy and very French. The croissants are to die for!“
