“My daughter had an appointment in Gibson City that we were early for. I looked for a diner online and found this place. It was a little hard to find. They do not have proper sineage by the street. They have a sign on their side door. It's a little confusing and was frustrated to drive past it a couple times. Just want you guys to know if you're driving around looking for it.When we got in we were greeted by the kindest waitstaff. They let us pick a table. There was ample seating and not too busy. I only had $10 to buy my daughter (6y) lunch. It was easily done. She got a hotdogs, fries, and sprite for just under $7.00. It was plenty enough. The waitress was very kind when I declined a drink and meal and brought me some water. My daughter said they were the best fries she's ever had and the hotdog was good as well. The meal came quickly.All in all I would recommend and we will be coming back as a family next time we are all in the area. You should go too! Just remember to pull into the side parking lot to find the door(;Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid/family friendly restaurant. Don't hesitate at all bringing the whole crew here.“
“The food is very salty but my partner really likes it. This isn’t a pro or a con just saying. Chicken dumpling soup is 10/10. I am not sure how the billing works here I never am charged what is in the ticket/menu. I don’t know if they have tip is already included/if they charge for refill? It is still okay price. Never have to wait to sit down, service is pretty fast.“
“I miss the old Irish pub, but this is a good place to have a meal with family and friends. I'm glad I can get a Chicago style hot dog right here in town! I am also glad that they have Stella beer here. If you like the non-basic burger...such as Mac n cheese on your burger or egg on your burger, this is the place.“
“Mark's hosted our 50 year class reunion and gave us the private room free of charge! They were so accommodating and the service was great. The group ordered pizzas-pepperoni and loaded veggies, they were crisp with plenty of cheese and overall delicious. Was a great experience. Will definitely go back.“
