Over all, their bubble tea was super good. But on the other hand, the bubble waffles were just regular waffles that tasted like croissants and had toppings. That is the only thing I didn’t like. I hope they change their croissant waffles get turned into real Gai Daan Zai someday. I am editing this now it looks like someone else posted a picture of real Gai Daan Zai so I guess there must be a shortage of Gai Daan Zai mix? Bamboo Boba is a restaurant that offers bubble tea, bubble waffles, and catering services. Overall, their bubble tea was super good. The honeydew bubble tea is SO good. The bubble waffles were just regular waffles that tasted like croissants and had toppings. One reviewer hopes they change their croissant waffles into real Gai Daan Zai. The croffle with biscoff, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup was incredible. The mango matcha is very refreshing and sweet. The refreshers are a favorite — get the honeydew refresher with green apple popping boba, or the strawberry almond blended boba. They just added a slushie machine. The place is very nice and cute, and the service is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They catered chai for about 150 people, delivered it with biscuits, sugar, and cups in two big dispensers, and accommodated a request to not add any extra spice/masala. The price was also reasonable. Recommend them for catering chai at any events.
