“Food and service fantastic. They were running behind with reservations but they comped us drinks an an appetizer...which is pretty unheard of these days. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

“I love this place. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet classy. The music selection paired well with the ambience. The booths are super comfortable with lighting that’s not harsh but is still bright enough to see what’s on your table. The service was amazing; our server was friendly, genuine, and accommodating. The thin crust pizza is delicious. The Salvador specialty pizza is unique and one of my faves. All of these details and more come together to make this an exceptional restaurant to dine in.“

“I’ve never had any issues here. I usually order through the app and pick up — orders always correct and on time. I dined in for ladies lunch last week — we got our food in a timely manner, the place was clean and staff was friendly. Ordinarily I would give this 4 stars but Becca has gone above and beyond with customer service so that 5th star is all her.“

“I have nothing but compliments for this wonderful establishment! My fiancé and I went out to dinner last night and had a taste for authentic Italian. I found this place online and read nothing but wonderful reviews about the food, and service. Located in downtown Westmont. Parking was so easy (right across the street), and from the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The manager Sergio greeted us with a huge smile, sat us, and told us a little about the restaurant. Our server Alysa was nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We felt like family! All of the food is made in house, pastas, sauces, and even the wine and desserts! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and tell that every single person puts so much care into making sure every customer is happy. The whole experience was wonderful, and it’s so nice to see small (not chain restaurants) are thriving. It’s been a long time since we had an experience like this at a restaurant and we appreciate their hospitality! I think we found our new date night spot! We will be back!! OFTEN! “The food here is FANTASTIC. We ordered the stuffed banana peppers, coconut shrimp, salmon that’s on corn tamale cake (oh my goodness), seafood linguine, and lobster mac n cheese. Staff has always been very friendly and efficient. I always leave feeling quite satisfied and carrying a take out container for another full meal the next day. I’ve also gone to the Saint Charles location where the menu has a few variations but the same great food and service.“

“Definitely coming back! I've stopped by a couple of times and been satisfied each time. Their iced lattes are great, but definitely on the sweeter side. They have a bunch of pastries available with dietary restrictions available, I tried the GF banana bread and it was delicious. I do wish they would warm them up, but not sure if that's an option. Staff is kind and patient, and you get your food/drinks very quick. They also have a lot of lunch options that look great, going to give them a try next time. Also, a lot of seating available and never too busy/hectic.“

“Been here several times over the last 5 years and have never been disappointed by the service or the food. Started with the AZ eggrolls, crab cake, and seared tuna appetizers which had so many great flavors. We then moved to Balsamic Ribeye, jambalaya, salmon, snd roast chicken crepes. Everything was spiced and cooked to perfection. The bread pudding, raspberry cheesecake, and pumpkin cheesecake were incredible as well. Finished off with cappuccino, tea, double espresso, and latte.“

Lou's prepared the order perfectly as requested, the order was ready for pick-up at the quoted time, and the staff providing the pick-up service were helpful and friendly.
