“I had ordered two dozen special decoration cupcakes for my daughters 14th birthday party. The morning of the party I went to the Ogden Avenue location for pick up, and it turned out that they had been delivered to the route 59 location by mistake. The staff was extremely gracious and offered to pick up the cupcakes from the wrong location and deliver them to my home just in time. They turned out absolutely beautiful and were so delicious!! Thank you again, to the Ogden Avenue staff that took care of me and my family that day!“

“This is the 2nd year I've placed a delivery order with NBC for my daughter at Wheaton Univ. to share with her friends. The mini bundts were extremely well-liked. I considered going elsewhere, this year, but nobody else could do a last min. order. So, I went with NBC, again. I felt guilty looking elsewhere! The owners are so nice and accommodating. I can only imagine how hard it must be for small businesses like this one during these unprecedented times, but I'm glad that I was able to surprise my sisters and support them at the same time.
