“Wow! A+++ What a find! We came in on a Sunday night and we were just blown away by our meals. The fresh homemade ice tea was delicious and unique, the hummus and stuffed grape leaves were both super yummy. The kefta and chicken schwarma were both very good- every detail to the meal was homemade and very fresh. The garlic toum sauce was a great accent and the tahini was wonderful too! Homemade pickled vegetables with exotic flavors. The baklava was one of the best I’ve ever had. From beginning to end the entire meal was just outstanding! Clearly made by people who care! We felt transported to another place with the amazing flavors! If we lived in the area, we’d definitely be regulars here!

“My wife, two five year olds, and I came in late afternoon after having a horrible day. The service was fantastic and they were so patient with us and it being our first time in. We decided on the chicken plate, mixed meat plate, hummus, and falafel. Everything was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We can't wait to come back here to eat. We also left in such a fantastic mood. I cant recommend this place enough! Thank you!“

“My first time at the Modern Plate today. I was blown away by the beautiful dining and club room. The food is absolutely amazing and filling. The owner Ted is a very passionate man about his restaraunt, and I admire that. It absolutely shows that there is concern and care that goes into every corner of the Modern Plate.
