“The team working was great, friendly, attentive and that alone provided a fantastic atmosphere. We arrived with a group of 14 and they made sure we (and everyone) were all taken care of throughout the evening. Good drink specials, good music all in the heart of a Chicago neighborhood sounds like a winner to me. We will be returning, and if you’re ever in the neighborhood you should stop by. “Real touch of Ireland in Chicago. The woodwork and central bar design creates a cozy warm atmosphere. Irish session on Sundays too, 1-3 pm, great music and lots of fun. Plenty of TVs for the games and the food is tasty. Beef & Guiness stew is a favorite. Also has small grocery of foodstuffs from Ireland. Serves the Irish beers plus Zombie Dust for the hop heads like me!“

“Great place to spend a night out with friends. Small intimate joint with music jams Monday nights & Thursdays.
Dennis Melzer runs a jam on Friday once a month. Great people. Wonderful times I have loved hanging out while I have been in Chicago while I was a guest in Dennis's apartment and he took me to this place.“

“My wife had a head spa appointment at noon, I saw this was the closest pub near by, so after I dropped my wife off I walked there and was met by the bar tender Tony. This guy was GREAT! I had a few Yuengling draft beers and had some great conversations with the Tony. I wish I could have come back for the karaoke, I heard it was pretty interesting. My wife walked down and met with me and she had an espresso martinis and then a spiced rum and coke and she loved them both.“

“Last time we had the wings they were delicious, this Thursday they were dry, like they were sitting under a heat lamp and then tossed in sauce Disappointed. Had a BLT it was good! Husband had the chicken panini. It was delicious. Yes, we highly recommend going here. I think that the wait staff needs some more training. 👍“
“Irish Eyes has a carpet so sticky it deserves its own warning sign. The moment you step inside, your shoes form an emotional bond with the floor. It’s like walking on a mix of Velcro and mystery syrup, holding you in place just long enough to question every life choice that led you here. You don’t leave Irish Eyes, the carpet releases you when it’s good and ready.“

“I just hosted my wedding at Chief O’Neill’s on Saturday and it could not have been more perfect. Siobhan and her team took amazing care of us! The venue is stunning, the food is phenomenal, and every one of our guests was gushing about how impressed they were by everything! The back beer garden is so magical, you would have thought we spent tens of thousands of dollars to dress it up, but we didn’t need to. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue to host a wedding, party, shower, or intimate event, you should definitely give them a visit!“
“We hosted my husband’s 50th birthday last weekend there and I can’t say enough good things!!! From start to finish an incredible experience and so much fun! I plan events for a living and working with Ma O’Briens was the easiest, most helpful and amazing experience.“

“This is the safest place to have a great time any day of the week. I highly recommend attending their Karaoke night on Saturday's. It’s always a blast and you can sing songs in any language (Spanish & English)“
“The environment is very low-key, laid back and very warm! The bartenders were quick to check on us and ask if we needed anything, and LOVE the free pool table for the month of October! The food is, without question, the BEST part. We got cheese curds for the table that didn't last longer than 2 minutes (we devoured them, not a single crumb lived to tell the tale). Chef made sure the four of us all got our food at the same time (such a thoughtful perk)! The proverbial cherry on top, was the name of the game. Their BURGERS. Good God. I love a burger that leaves you abandoning the napkins-- too mouthwatering to put it down! Everything is done with love and you can *taste* it. The bourbon onions and bacon??! UGH phenomenal. I've been there a couple times already, and am counting down the days for my next visit! Thank you Trinity Pub and JEM SMASH Burgers! You have 4 new fans :,)“

“Wanted to give a shout out to the three gentlemen at the bar that helped answer my questions about cab service in the area. They were a lifesaver.
