My family and I waited 45 minutes at curbside when I ordered in advance, so after awhile I decided to go in and check seeing they had multiple drive thru orders. I get inside and NOBODY greeted me at all, nobody took anybody's order that was waiting. they were the rudest people I've ever seen and they still didn't get our order right. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was there around 8:50 pm September 2nd in the drive thru. Whoever the lady was who was taking orders should not be working with the public. Waited forever for someone to come on the speaker. I don't understand why a large caramel latte is 3.59 at the Pontoon Mc Donald's and 4.19 at Johnson Road for the very same thing. These are both before sales tax.
