Went into the dining room to eat instead of drive through tonight and the manager was great they made me feel welcome. And my food was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely will be back!! Thanks for having such outgoing workers, that make you feel welcome when you walk through the door
I visited the Granite City location on 08/30/26. The drive-thru was closed for lack of adequate staff. I was directed inside. The lobby was packed as the Shift Lead, Sade, handled the crowd of customers professionally and politely. I knew she was overwhelmed because it was a lot even for me and I don’t work there.
