“Very friendly staff. Personable too. This location will always get my business after they found my father in laws lost phone and held for us to pick up. Another time they gave my daughter a free doughnut cause she waved to the drive thru window from the back seat. Nice people.“

He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

“Very happy this place changed owners. They've cleaned up the massive dining area and the atmosphere is nice and welcoming again. The donuts are great again and the staff are friendly and enjoy telling you about all the donuts.

I'd stayed away from this place since last year because the prior owner ran it into the ground and the staff were rude teens always on their phones. It's great to see this place turned around. I look forward to coming back A LOT.“

“I went to the store today about 230 place was packed and counter was busy I ordered a cappuccino blast and I wish I got the kids name that made it but he was young and so polite I asked nicely please make sure it's blended and he said no problem first one he put to much ice so before he served it to me he started over and I tell you what it was the best one I ever drank he said sorry for the wait but he nailed it and I was so proud of this kid I wanted to share thanks again cause I treat myself once a month from my diet and it was so worth it“
