“I was here for a birthday party a few weeks ago. Super friendly bartender, large beverage selection & plenty of room. Parking lot could use some help, but that was the only downfall…walking through puddle to get to the car.”

“To me, Hibachi style cuisine is my absolute favorite. Many area Hibachi style restaurants have similarly delicious food to Kenzi. What separates Kenzi from everywhere else is the price.Usually for our family of 5 to eat at a sit down Hibachi style restaurant, it would cost us roughly $40/pp. With Kenzi, we can get 3 meals and it’s more than enough food for five of us for around $50!We can also get all the different types. Steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops, fried rice, noodles, etc.Truly the best deal around. 10/10 food, pace of service, owner, everything.Oh, and extra Yum Yum!!”

Staff were VERY attentive to patrons ordering drinks and did an excellent job with the large volune.The burger was downright amazing and has taken the top 5 of my list. Fries were really good and not overly greasy. I Will definately eat there again.”

“Our first time here. We had the BBQPork sandwich - very good- moist and well seasoned. It came with a garlic bread stick which was excellent. Our side was a tossed salad with tomatoes, lettuce and croutons added. Wish we lived closer.”

“I’ve lived out of Illinois for about eight years now and stopped in for lunch today(Pekin). I ordered my usual favorite pizza burger. It was just as good as I remembered! The place hasn’t changed a bit. Everyone else’s food was just as good as always and the restaurant was clean and well kept for its age. Prices are still reasonable. I will return the next time I make it back to Pekin, IL.”
