Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer since this location opened. I’ve dealt with missing items, items made wrong, etc. After ordering through their app (NOT doordash) and the order never getting delivered they will only offer for us to get a refund through doordash and claimed it would be “a HUGE expense for them to remake” my $60 order after I offered to come pick it up myself. I will never be returning to this location.
Good fast casual food. Huge spuds 🥔, great sandwiches/soup/salads, & sweet tea.
