Ordered online, got my pizza about an hour later and due to my dairy sensitivity, I said no cheese on the pizza. when It came, the pizza had cheese and some anchovies on it, which I did not want either. so I called to get a remake, the young lady answering phones hung up on me, 5 times total, even off another phone number. when going in I was told I would receive a remake, which was never made or sent out because I never got one. Couldn't get my refund because my ex best friend is a shift manager and was the only one working this past weekend. Rosatis should be ashamed in having someone like this as a manager, putting the well being of its customers in jeopardy over something so petty as blocking the employee. I wish to have a refund and to speak to someone from corporate as soon as possible.“

“First time, we went for a late lunch. Our server was very friendly. Food was good. I got a side salad and after having been burned with brown lettuce, I was very happy that the lettuce was fresh. The other veggies were as well. We enjoyed our food. Beer nuggets were good and that sauce was the best I have ever had.“
