“We stopped for breakfast. The food came out fast and was hot and delicious. The prices were very reasonable. What stood out was everyone that was working that day was very young. I have never seen a more engaged, helpful and attentive group of young people in my life!! Not one phone to be seen. The place was spotless to boot. Great job hiring and training wonderful staff!“

“Love this place very much. The food is awesome. The wait staff is usually excellent but tonight not so good. Had Mariat as our waitress. She took our order and we had to wait for quite a while for our food and we saw her again when the bill came. I will still come here but will sit in a different section.“

“Our 1st visit to Highlands. The server was great, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering. We had appetizers, sandwiches and drinks. Everything was tasty. The outdoor patio deck provides a perfect view of the golf course/countryside. The large floor to ceiling windows allow the same lovely view from inside the restaurant as well. We will definitely visit again.“

“stopped in while we were in Elizabeth for the weekend. Beer is cold bartender was nice and observing. The owner he's oblivious. Walking around clueless. when he did walk behind the bar he served 3 people he knew right next to our group of 4 who all had the empty on the rail waiting for another round, he looks right at them and us then walks away. I had taken a picture of the kitchens exhaust fan as it's the nastiest thing I've ever seen. so much built up grease, talk about a fire hazard.“
