“Came in from Wisconsin and one of our favorite places is Portillos. I had a jumbo beef dipped and loved every bite. You can't beat a Chicago beef sandwich. My wife loves their hot dogs and we both enjoy their cheese fries. The food is always hot and tasty. The servers were all friendly and efficient. One even took the time to stop by our table and remind us to fill out the survey on the receipt which gets you a free large fry the next time you come in. The restaurant is clean and bright! A nice change from other fast food places.“
“I observed a construction crew at this McDonalds. At approximately 5:15 a.m., a woman jogged past with her dog. I believe it was a Border Collie. One of the men exclaimed, "Whoa, perfect ten!" I soon realized he was referring to the woman, not the beautiful Collie. I asked around and apparently this scale only goes to ten. So she had achieved the top score.“
“All of my food was fresh and ready, wait was not long at all. Only complaint was my entire basket of fries had no salt. McDonald’s fries are so delicious and to have to take every bite with no salt was just sadness. Other than that no complaints.“

After circling the parking lot to find a space during league play it better be.The menu is a big sign on the wall and there are a lot of interesting choices. The prices are good, too. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering the Seoul Burger.It was simply incredible. Kimchi, kalbi glazed bacon, fried egg. A perfect blend of flavors and textures, and no cutting corners on quality. So freaking good!The Thai iced tea is delicious, too.SECOND VISIT: It was so good I had to bring my fiance back with me. I guess that friendly guy at the counter owns the place with his brother. Good folks, I enjoy talking to them.She isn't as adventurous as me and ordered the more basic Boba Burger. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly seasoned, perfect sear. She was happy.This time I tried the BBQ Lechon Burger. It isn't as over-the-top as the Seoul Burger but it was still delicious. Lechon is roasted pork belly. Paired with the ground beef, barbecue sauce, and topped with an onion ring, this is another winner.Their Vietnamese iced coffee is really good. The egg rolls are above average, I had to fight her for that last one. Their fries are nicely crisped and well seasoned.Bottom line: Yes, they have earned their reputation and I plan on working my way through the whole menu.Parking: It's inside a bowling alley. If there's league play going on it could be difficult finding a spot close to the door. Otherwise there's plenty of spaces.“

“Juiciest burger in Illinois! I've never been to Au Cheval, but several people have told me that paradise pups burger tops Cheval. The bun is tasty, patties are fresh, and the sauce is out of this world. Parking is a bit cramped and be prepared to wait but these burgers are WORTH IT!“

“I hadn't been here in about 15+ years. Finally came back. Ordered a sweet beef, hot beef, chicken tenders, & fries for $30. Everything was great! Prices are pretty low given the crazy inflation going on right now. Quick service. Will definitely be back“
