“So I go inside to get a chance to stretch my legs and pick up my online order that had been placed 5 minutes prior. I'm inside and show the CSR my mobile order confirmation. She looks like a deer lost in the headlights. She runs to the rear and drops a order of onion rings in the grease. A few minutes later I have my order in the bag and in my hand and walking out the door. I resume my driving only a mile away only to discover the onion rings are half cooked. I was too far away to return. I hope the establishment will take better precautions, what if this was a beef burger, or a chicken breast, etc. Accuracy is far better than efficiency.“

“First , the smoke and aroma comin’ out the roof exhaust pipes . Lol 😛 Known for their hamburgers , dogs , apparently everything else on their menu is good . Being a member of Chicago Italian Beefs fB page , I just HAD to try theirs . “Their chicken Philly needs a lot of work. They overwhelmed it with onions and cheese but not enough meat. Ratio needs correction. Also the fries were undercooked and extremely soggy. Their menu is on the pricier side. As for their service and atmosphere, it was overall solid. I will be back here.“

“Really nice place for real good food. My family and I stopped in after a trip into town for an escape room. We had the foghorn chicken sandwich, burger, mashed pot and gravy, tenders, nuggets, and fries. The burger and mashed we're recommended by staff and were terrific.

“Really tasty burger. They cook it with onions but they almost mince the meat like ground beef when they serve it to you. Different, but very good. The fries were very good also - not my favorite but not bad whatsoever - I have very high standards for fries. If you're in the area, give this place some business! “This used to be our absolute favorite spot. My friends and I would come here several times a week, and we loved the familiar faces on the staff. Sadly, things have drastically changed for the worse. ​We noticed the staff began turning over constantly, and after speaking with some of the remaining employees, we found out why: the owner is reportedly keeping 40% of the servers' tips. Under Illinois law, tips belong entirely to the staff, and an owner taking a cut is entirely illegal. ​It breaks our heart to walk away from a place we loved, but our group has decided to take our business to other local spots that actually respect and support their employees. We won't be back until management corrects this and treats their staff fairly.“
