“Ready friendly service. I ordered a Philly Chicken sandwich with fries. It was not noted that the sandwich was made with mushrooms, but after receiving it I noticed it had mushrooms. I am allergic so I returned the sandwich and they made me a fresh one. My only complaint is that that sandwich would have been superb with honey mustard. Please add honey mustard to your condiment offerings!“

“So I go inside to get a chance to stretch my legs and pick up my online order that had been placed 5 minutes prior. I'm inside and show the CSR my mobile order confirmation. She looks like a deer lost in the headlights. She runs to the rear and drops a order of onion rings in the grease. A few minutes later I have my order in the bag and in my hand and walking out the door. I resume my driving only a mile away only to discover the onion rings are half cooked. I was too far away to return. I hope the establishment will take better precautions, what if this was a beef burger, or a chicken breast, etc. Accuracy is far better than efficiency.“

After circling the parking lot to find a space during league play it better be.The menu is a big sign on the wall and there are a lot of interesting choices. The prices are good, too. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering the Seoul Burger.It was simply incredible. Kimchi, kalbi glazed bacon, fried egg. A perfect blend of flavors and textures, and no cutting corners on quality. So freaking good!The Thai iced tea is delicious, too.SECOND VISIT: It was so good I had to bring my fiance back with me. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly seasoned, perfect sear. She was happy.This time I tried the BBQ Lechon Burger. It isn't as over-the-top as the Seoul Burger but it was still delicious. Lechon is roasted pork belly. Paired with the ground beef, barbecue sauce, and topped with an onion ring, this is another winner.Their Vietnamese iced coffee is really good. The egg rolls are above average, I had to fight her for that last one. Their fries are nicely crisped and well seasoned.Bottom line: Yes, they have earned their reputation and I plan on working my way through the whole menu.Parking: It's inside a bowling alley. If there's league play going on it could be difficult finding a spot close to the door. Otherwise there's plenty of spaces.“

“Juiciest burger in Illinois! I've never been to Au Cheval, but several people have told me that paradise pups burger tops Cheval. The bun is tasty, patties are fresh, and the sauce is out of this world. Parking is a bit cramped and be prepared to wait but these burgers are WORTH IT!“
