“5 stars because I was very impressed with the excellent customer care of Ceaser. Great people skills and tho' it was thru the drive thru he was very attentive. Made you feel like you mattered. There were 2 other people in the car with me who were also impressed with the way he greeted us and his attentiveness. You got a good one with him.“

“food is good. equipment is raggedy. why my gift cards never work there. every year for Christmas I get wendy's cards. they never work at the hillside, il location. please either update your equipment or teach your staff how to work the g. c. machine. they always work at the Elmhurst location on york rd????????“

“Passing through ORD, of course I'm going to get a Chicago dog. But even the best laid plans get sidetracked!
There are terminals you can order from, and while I was putting in my order, a staffer suggested their Maxwell Street hot dog (prepped by the amazing Oumar) - their only grilled offering! - and I couldn't resist. She was friendly and I went along with it.
Worth a visit if you're craving a hot dog and have a layover.

“The burger was excellent — very filling, with a thick patty, almost like a mini steak. The fries were ordinary, nothing special, and the wings were good but standard. A nice bonus was the cookie they added to the meal for free. Overall, really tasty and worth trying!“

“I took my two boys here for dinner and food was excellent!!! I felt that we got plenty of food for the price, especially when the boys got ice cream shakes. We wanted to try the funnel cake and they ended up not making us pay(which was around $15). They said it was on them, nothing wrong with it, they just wanted to do it for my boys. I haven’t had a place do this for me for a while, especially since times are hard for businesses these days. I would highly recommend this place.“
