The food is always the same it's McDonald's you know what you're getting the service somedays good most days bad they can't seem to get anything right I always have a problem when I get home there's always something missing that I paid
The line was backed up. I asked why the delay, and apparently, they were dealing with a computer hiccup sending double orders. I was charged for the wrong one so I had to repeat my order at the window and get billed promptly.The young lady was very sweet and apologetic. Everyone seemed to be working on getting things in order, so I did appreciate the effort.Sometimes, we don't know what goes on behind the scenes. I’m giving it 5 stars because of Lorena…she was the most professional most polite person I’ve ever encountered at this particular McDonald’s.Parking: Awkward parking near drive thru, gets pretty congested
