“We went for brunch. You could tell it was good from the start, because of the number of people waiting to be seated.I had the Stacked & Loaded, at it was wonderful! And enough food that it was my only meal of the day! I never got hungry after this.Service was good, and very fast considering how busy they were. “The last Red Robin I went to before this was on the West Coast. I don't know if it's just different in Illinois or if it's an inflation thing, but the portion size was much smaller than I'm used to. It was still really tasty but it was almost like there was too much bun. We had ordered the fudge filled cookies for dessert. The fudge center was warm. The rest of the cookie was borderline frozen. Still tasty. Just would have been better had the cookie been at least room temperature around the middle.Service was phenomenal, above and beyond what I expected (which was already fairly high because Red Robin has always had great service). The hostess was charming, our waiter was attentive while being the kind of happy that is contagious, and they checked to make sure everything was good within the first 5 minutes after delivering the food to the table. (Good restaurants do this to make sure you like your food and it's cooked correctly so they can fix it before it's too late, just fyi).It was a little pricey but that was also expected. Two people ran approximately $80 before the tip. (Appetizer, 2 meals, cookies, a soda, and a beer). Parking was nice, they have a huge parking lot so it was easy to get a spot fairly close to the entrance.I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the mood for a good burger.Parking: All around the building, free parking, oversized lot nearby as well.Kid-friendliness: They still have coloring things and crayons to keep kids busy. You can also purchase a game on their pay at the table kiosk.“
“Ordered bacon cheese burgers, fries and drinks. My daughter thought the ginger ale was fantastic! I also got a plain hamburger for my dog. Guess what? She loved the real meat! Tried that at the Mc restaurant and my dog wouldn't even touch their burgers! Lesson learned..go here to get a burger from here...my dog has good taste, p,us she's knows good food...real food.“

“I had the portobello philly with the shoestring fries and WOW. The veggies on the sandwich were cooked perfectly, the fries had great seasoning, and the portions were huge! The service was incredible, really amazing people. Definitely will eat here again, recommend without reservation.“
“My husband found BCT online and decided it sounded good. I am so glad we went with his find because BCT was delicious! I hesitated when we pulled up because our kids were with us, however it was perfect! The whole family was welcomed in, the staff was so friendly and helpful! I loved that the menu had some personality and they clearly like their cheeses! We will definitely stop by again during our next trip to the area.“
