“After reading about the best places for Italian beef in Chicagoland, I decided to try this place. They have a private parking lot that is shared with other establishments. Inside it wasn’t too busy and they had 60’s music playing. Plenty of seating. You place your order and pay, then you get a ticket number. They call your ticket number and you pick up your food at the very end of the restaurant. You can’t miss it.I ordered the super beef combo meal. Super beef is 9 inches long. I was amazed after opening it up of how much meat they gave me. Compared to Portillos and Buona, they give you way more. In terms of quantity, they beat them. The sweet bell peppers are huge and tasty. The bread was dipped and flavorful. The meat, while bountiful, could be more moist. In some parts it was kind of dry. The French fries were similar to the same kind that McDonald’s uses, except they tasted better. Just enough salt. Overall, I would give a 4 out of 5. It was a good lunch. Staff was very friendly and efficient.“

“We live in Brookfield and go here a lot. Very consistent service and the staff must be well trained because they are always friendly. There may be a slow wait time here or there but that probably has to do with the staffing issues that plague everyone these days. You can tell the staff here is always trying their best which is not so common these days.“
“They have jalapenos. I can get a whopper with jalapenos. I've been to other Burger Kings and, for some reason, they never have jalapenos. The staff is polite. The wait times are short. I like coming here.Parking: This location always has parking spots available. I think that most people use the drive thru but not many dine in. If you want to park and go in, this is your place.“
“Stop by Charly's burgers for the first time, after a co-worker of mine asked me to try it out. I definitely have to say they put quality into their burgers. the burgers were seasoned very well, and it was juicy. The Cajun fries speaks for itself, a kick of spice but don't worry it's not going to burn your tongue off. Mr. Charly was very kind and professional with me, and the cook did a helluva job with my food. Thanks fellas, keep it up.“
“Absolutely fantastic! I was researching burger spots in the area for a full 20 minutes and this won. So we had high expectations. This place exceeded all those expectations. We’re visiting from England and let me tell you, if the queen was still with us she would have given this place 10/10! As for myself, i’m giving it a 20/10. Highly recommend“
“I had the portobello philly with the shoestring fries and WOW. The veggies on the sandwich were cooked perfectly, the fries had great seasoning, and the portions were huge! The service was incredible, really amazing people. Definitely will eat here again, recommend without reservation.“
“Was in the neighborhood and I stopped by. Italian beef sandwich is amazing. Loaded with beef. Only thing that happened was that I ordered an Italian combo and I got just a regular Italian beef. “Updated review 4/16/2024:My previous review was a 1 star review based on unprofessional management. So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name.There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. Thank you. :)The food has improved as well, and their speed is top notch. I will admit Friday night was very busy BUT the employees handled it very well and professionally.Thank you for your hard work, guys. Anyone who says "fast food isn't hard work" is SO wrong. It's a very stressful environment and it's clear you have amazing employees who work extremely hard to keep the quality high and the wait time low. :)“
