“I stopped at this Burger King yesterday evening after being stuck in rush hour traffic for 2 hours. I actually stopped because I had to use the washroom but ended up grabbing a bite to eat. The cashier was very friendly, I complimented her on her make up. ( I wish I had gotten her name ) She had let me know it would be a few minutes on my chicken sandwich which was polite. I asked her about the new Mac N Cheeto bites and she said they were good. Before I knew it my food was ready. For a fast unplanned trip to eat, the cashier was very friendly and willing to make small talk. It was an overall good experience.“

“The service was not that great however Erin one of the managers stepped in and displayed some good customer service . For some reason with this one cashier my app never seems to work and in an economy like this I need the app to be working at all times . Kid-friendliness: Some of the tables are interactive, color changing circles when you touch them. The play area is nice, a tall tower for kids to look out from. It's a nice place for parents to relax and feel safe with their kids playing at.“

“Passing through ORD, of course I'm going to get a Chicago dog. But even the best laid plans get sidetracked!

There are terminals you can order from, and while I was putting in my order, a staffer suggested their Maxwell Street hot dog (prepped by the amazing Oumar) - their only grilled offering! - and I couldn't resist. She was friendly and I went along with it.

Worth a visit if you're craving a hot dog and have a layover.

Some items seem to have smaller portions for the price. Last time I had a spicy chicken sandwich wich is one of their new menu offerings, chicken portion was tiny. I remember going here as a little girl with my grandma, my parents, and now as an adult, and it’s never diminished in quality or decreased in quaint coziness. “I tried to order and the girl didn't understand English nor Spanish. She wanted to take the order but because of language barrier she got someone else. Guy was nice and recommended a pomegranate something cause I didn't like. Be careful the were charging me $1.49 fir sauces without telling me. He made it sound like they came free with chicken wings. I also asked him if onion rings were beer battered or breaded? He had no clue what that meant. Btw they are breaded and pretty good. They had good fries too. My daughter got a burger I think she liked. They have a cool machine to take a picture but its broken in back. I wanted the $20 wings but dude rang me fir two 10 pieces at $24. I corrected him in the end overcharging me $4. With experience of ringing my food not the best. Btw buffalo wings way better than the plain wings. Plain wings were looking disgusting and was super flavorless and bit cooked all the way. I went home a put in airfryer.“

“Astonishing that it's still around. I was 10 when it opened in 1948 and to get a double decker at HH was close to heaven. Across the street was Prince Castle, long gone, where you could get a slider for much less money. HH was a splurge and it's wonderful to see it live today.“

“This used to be our absolute favorite spot. My friends and I would come here several times a week, and we loved the familiar faces on the staff. Sadly, things have drastically changed for the worse. ​We noticed the staff began turning over constantly, and after speaking with some of the remaining employees, we found out why: the owner is reportedly keeping 40% of the servers' tips. Under Illinois law, tips belong entirely to the staff, and an owner taking a cut is entirely illegal. ​It breaks our heart to walk away from a place we loved, but our group has decided to take our business to other local spots that actually respect and support their employees. We won't be back until management corrects this and treats their staff fairly.“

“Tried this place on a whim and it ended up being one of the best burgers i’ve ever tried in chicago! My boyfriend and I tried the cheese curds, single pleaser burger, double pleaser burger, amaretto sour and pickle martini which were all really good. The place was a bit on the busy side so we were expecting food to take a while but everything came out super fast. Small menu but it works! In addition, the music was good and staff was super nice. It may be hard to find a spot to sit to eat when it’s busier though.“
