He was rude. I don't know why stores in underserved communities don't place as much emphasis on customer service as they do in affluent communities - this is a training and high expectations issue. That being said, I needed a McChicken bad and this location was on my route home. I stopped and got it and it did NOT disappoint! McDonald's in Palos hills 111th st and Southwest highway has good costumer service. If you have a problem with your order and people do make mistakes we are human. Anyway without a problem will fix the order that door or on the next visit. Parking lot are clean and also inside. If they keep up the great work the best they can we'll keep coming.

One of the more requested playplaces by my childrenKid-friendliness: Some of the tables are interactive, color changing circles when you touch them. The play area is nice, a tall tower for kids to look out from. It's a nice place for parents to relax and feel safe with their kids playing at.
