“This was my first time ever trying White Castle. The guy working the drive-thru was super nice and helpful. It was pretty late and they were not busy at all. I got the #1 combo which was just some basic sliders and fries. The fries were delicious! The sliders weren't anything spectacular, but I was there mainly for the experience, and I'm glad that I stopped. :)“

“Great customer service I have received in a Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's or any other fast food burger place. My son and I had and event at The Mirage banquet hall that's around the corner and when we left we decided to get a Burger. It was late at night around midnight and saw that this Burger King was open 24hrs. We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a couple of things. A lady by the name of Gabriela took care of us was very nice and had a good attitude. She told us to pull over to parking spot #1 to wait for our food. I pulled back in and asked if i can change one of my burgers for a different one and she was able to help me out and had a good attitude about it and told me there was no problem at all. We went back to the parking spot to wait for our order. It was cold and snowing. She came out with our order and asked me if I can please check and make sure I had all my food. We went through it and yes everything was good. She asked if I wanted any more sauces or ketchup I said yeah and she ran back inside and came out quickly with more sauces. She was very nice, helpful and had a really good attitude.“

“This Wendy's is down the block from my job. I eat from this particular one at least two times a week and if I have to choose Wendy's I go to this one. I am familiar with the managers and workers behind the counter they always look out for me they don't mess up my food or overcook it they get it just right every time, the manager has even cut me breaks when my app coupons expire because I get out of work past midnight they take the extra step and go the extra mile I have recommended this particular location to all my co-workers & would to anyone. Plus it's always clean inside.“

“This Mcdonald's in Franklin Park on Manheim Rd is a Bunch of Covid Caving Cowards Who don't Value Customers or Service. Me & my brother were here this morning. After we ordered our food & were seated to eat. Another employee who appeared to be on break eating & sitting down near us stated that we couldn't eat there and had to leave. She said it was for employees only to eat there. In my defense the App allowed me to state that I was eating in. Even another employee asked if we were eating here or taking to go while we were waiting for our food. So even tho parts of the lobby were clearly closed off they had some other customers who were sitting & eating their food. I noticed that the customers appeared to be Hispanic & most of the staff at this store appeared to be Hispanic. It appears that me & my brother were treated differently for some reason or another? Why was other customers allowed to eat there but we weren't? Was their favoritism or were they friends of someone here? Also why would the app allowed me to choose eat in & another employee even asked us if we were eating there or taking to go if they just decided to kick us out anyways? Seems to be a lack of information going on here? I sure hope that this is looked into & I will be contacting the store manager along with the owner of this mcdonald's. If you don't want to have your business be fully open then just lock the doors and close up if you don't want to take care of your customers. I don't want to hear no crap about Covid PlanDemic its been almost two years, it's time to get on with our lives & fully reopen all the business's not some half-assed open. If people are so afraid of Covid 19 then just stay home. If businesses are so afraid of Covid just close your doors and go out of business already.
