I often order from this Lous pick up location. People severely underestimate the wings at Lous. The meat quality, sauce and Gorgonzola dipping sauce are better than most Chicago restaurants who specialize on wings. Lous is a pizza place first but their wings are off the chart. Not to mention their staff is very attentive to their directions when you place orders online. This is my Sunday football haven
Some how everytime I place an order at this place for pickup via online, it always gets “lost”They take my money from my account but can't find the order in their system.Can't even keep their story straight. Lost or never got, which one is it.Happen every time
