I really like the McDonald's on Narragansett & Montrose, everytime I have been there, Customer Service was great & coffe freshly made, food nice & hot, & they always Thank me for my services, another McDonald's I actually Love for the same reason is the one on Grand near Harlem
The customer service was very good and all personal was fast serving the customers. 👍😊👍
Day crew are the best!! I have gone 3 different times and received my food hot. Fries are made perfectl. Night shift has to do better, they give soggy and cold fries.

McDonald's receives mixed reviews. Some customers have had negative experiences with missing items in their orders, such as a Quarter Pounder lacking a bottom bun and a Big Mac missing lettuce and onions. Communication issues have also been reported, with some customers struggling to convey their concerns due to language barriers. However, other customers praise the friendly service and quick service, making it their go-to place for a Fish Fillet, Bacon Egg & Cheese McGriddle, and other favorites. Recently, some customers noted that the food was fresh and hot, with servers being very nice and helpful. It is recommended to visit during the day for better service, although there are concerns with the drive-thru accuracy. Overall, many enjoy the amazing food and appreciate the clean environment and working ice cream machine.
