Ordered a chocolate cake shake with some fries. The chocolate cake shake was very sweet to the point that I didn’t finish it and while I was waiting for my fries they had completely forgotten about them. I had to go and ask them for my fries. I noticed that they do get quite busy during lunch rush hours but even so they had so many workers yet they had a bunch of bags of fries just sitting. When I got my fries they were indeed cold since they were just sitting there...

The thing I love about this Portillo’s is the workers they always make my day I feel welcomed when I walk through those doors I really love their way vibe of this Portillo’s it not like other Portillo’s where it’s retro I will be coming back here with my family ❤

We're from out of town. I was introduced to Portillo's last year on a work trip, and it was great. I'm here on vacation with my family, and we made a stop at this Portillo's a part of the itinerary. Love the food, the atmosphere, and the service was top notch. We're definitely coming back.
