“I want to begin by saying that we love this place. BUT, the service and food were just horrible. My husband's wings were good but my nachos were terrible. The lack of beef was covered up with lettuce and triple helping of sour cream. I left hungry. We usually stay for more than 1 drink, but I had to get out of there due to a very miserable child screaming for its mother to pay attention to her. Just an overall unpleasant experience.“
“Great place! Cute shop, wonderful patio/courtyard area. We were out with our dog stopping at dog friendly locations with her and everyone was so nice! Loved that they had themed flights to choose from, and our Miss Frannie was spoiled with her own bowl of fresh cold water and some dog treats from them. We were able to purchase a pup cup for her as well. (they had the choice of pup cup or doggie ice cream for the pups) We will definitely be back again! 😊“

“Wait time, no problem. (30 min) Chilled @ the lake front. Old Fashioned was made perfect. Ribs was perfect. Superb! Generous portions. Hostess was so pleasant. Waitress Michaela was so sweet and attentive. Loved how ise away from the busyness of Lake Geneva. We'll be back - coming for the fish fry.“

“We ate at the BratHaus on Tuesday for lunch. The food and service was excellent and the owner, Jerry, was kind enough to listen to stories of my childhood, working in the hardware store that my great grandfather started back in the early 1900s. Was lucky enough to work for my grandpa there while in middle school. Great to see some of the original things that have been kept. We will be back next time we visit.“

“Our first experience @ Mama Cimino’s ~ we ordered the 24 inch pizza with wings & 2 litter sodas. The wings were huge and amazing!!! The pizza was sooooooo good. Definitely would come back. Our waitress Stacy was super friendly and really loves her job. 10 out of 10“

“This restaurant makes the best skillets hands down. I pay a distance fee just to get the melty goodness into my belly via doordash. I'm sure their other dishes are equally delicious, but I don't order the other items as you can't mess with perfection!“

“My kids and I LOVED eating here! The atmosphere is super fun, the staff was nice, and the food we had was SO good! Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. My son said the Philly Cheese & Egg on a croissant was the best Philly Cheese anything he has had - and we used to live in New England! Can’t wait to come back next year!“

“The 3.7 Rating that I see, is NOT correct. I would give it 5 for for burgers and fries (only because I haven't tried everything on the menu...yet). The best burgers and fries! (Seriously!) burger was cooked medium well, just like we ordered. The fries were not too firm or too soft...perfect texture. Fries were lightly salted, and as a person who normally doesnt salt food, I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor it added. I dont know how they discovered the perfect amount of salt to use, but they did! We also treated ourselves to strawberry daquiries! Excellent meal, friendly service! Yum!!!!“

“Stayed at the harbor Shores Hotel in Lake Geneva, with the Ginos attached. Sat by the pool for a while, got hungry and went to order takeout. Was told of the kitchen was slammed, and take out orders on pause. Sat the bar, had an iced tea, and the bartender Emily Made sure that we eventually got some service. When we made our order, we got the sweet-and-sour chicken wings and a medium pepperoni pizza thin crust. The food was delicious! Atmosphere was pleasant, eating at the bar was just what we needed. We’ve eaten here before, last summer and the food was very good. Gino did not disappoint this time around!“

“We just stayed here at the Timber Ridge for the 2nd time. Family of 4. We went to the Moose and Maple for the 1st time. We went after we were done at the waterpark and arrived at the restaurant about 8:45. Service was excellent. We did not feel rushed even though they closed at 9:30. Restaurant was clean. Food was really good! We didn't get the opportunity to try breakfast but will try that next time hopefully. We had wings, Cheese~BLT, Salad, Loaded Baked Potatoe, kids chicken strips and kids mac and cheese.“

“Fabulous ....... Was there for dinner during SoberFest 2025 on Satur evening. Manager Brain is great, funny and actually noticed he gets his hands dirty and helps out with tables assisting servers. We had no reservation and he got us a table without issue. Our server KatieN was fabulous as well.
And to top it all off they opened the buffet early and what a fabulous deal price wise, great selection & choices for food. I took advantage of the all you can eat & everything was top notch & tasted great. Honestly, I'm not a big buffet fan but I would Never hesitate to do the buffet here and for what you get it is priced Very fairly. Hats off to everyone from top to bottom at the Grand Cafe, job well done“

“Been here quite a few times over the years. Today we had the house special chop suey, shrimp fried rice, bbq pork fried rice, crab Rangoon, egg roll. Everything was cooked so well and was tasty and delicious! Food was definitely the best we've had from here.
I wish they would spruce up the front, and get rid of the plastic divider window, it just looks a little dindgy in there.“
