“I want to begin by saying that we love this place. BUT, the service and food were just horrible. My husband's wings were good but my nachos were terrible. The lack of beef was covered up with lettuce and triple helping of sour cream. I left hungry. We usually stay for more than 1 drink, but I had to get out of there due to a very miserable child screaming for its mother to pay attention to her. Just an overall unpleasant experience.“

Today - based on the owner's recommendation - we started with a cupl of their meat and veggie soup that did not make it on the official menu - sorry missed a photo of it - delish! 😍 Pork, chicken and beef in a savory broth chock full of veggies - carrots, celery, onion 🤤 followed that with the egg salad appetizer, one of our absolute favs 🤩 4 toasted rounds of bread with their excellent egg salad 👍 then we tried the new potato pancakes entree for the first time, which came topped with assorted grilled veggies, plus toast, eggs and hollandaise sauce.. we got the eggs scrambled, rye toast buttered, sauce on the side, and requested a side of sour cream. YUM 😋 ended up with the vanilla cake with vanilla frosting - sorry to miss a photo of that too. Awesome! Service was timely, water glasses attentively refilled, as was the coffee too. $31 Note: it was one order of each item as we always split 🤯 We also got 2 bloody Marys and 2 mimosas, plus a Bailey's, kahlua and amaretto mix to add to our coffee as a nightcap from Old Bridge Tavern next door $48 Left with no leftovers and completely satisfied, happy and full.“

The lasagna portion was generous and delicious. Salads were crisp and not overdone on dressings. The old fashioneds were perfectly balanced. “Great place! Cute shop, wonderful patio/courtyard area. We were out with our dog stopping at dog friendly locations with her and everyone was so nice! Loved that they had themed flights to choose from, and our Miss Frannie was spoiled with her own bowl of fresh cold water and some dog treats from them. We were able to purchase a pup cup for her as well. (they had the choice of pup cup or doggie ice cream for the pups) We will definitely be back again! 😊“

They always go above and beyond for all their customers when we are there. Both very genuine and authentic. Food is always amazing and you can’t beat their specials! “We have been going here for a while. The other breakfast places around here are nothing compared to whistle stop. The food is always fresh, hot, friendly professional staff and every guest is treated the same which makes us feel comfortable and wecome. I have not had one bad dish everything is great. “While some items were not great, the main meals were decent. I would like to say that our waitress Savanna was AMAZING!!!! My 11 yr old nephew ate 4 orders of the teriyaki beef sticks and she was making it a great experience for him. They are really light on the meat though so probably why he was able to eat so many. I was really disappointed in the crab rangoon, tasted more like an egg roll with cream cheese. The after dinner strawberry cream candy was really nice and our waitress even had some back story on the year of the dragon relationship to the candy. All in all a nice experience and food is edible. “The 3.7 Rating that I see, is NOT correct. I would give it 5 for for burgers and fries (only because I haven't tried everything on the menu...yet). The best burgers and fries! (Seriously!) burger was cooked medium well, just like we ordered. The fries were not too firm or too soft...perfect texture. Fries were lightly salted, and as a person who normally doesnt salt food, I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor it added. I dont know how they discovered the perfect amount of salt to use, but they did! We also treated ourselves to strawberry daquiries! Excellent meal, friendly service! Yum!!!!“

Loved the chic parm sandwich & onion rings and Italian stallion app.5/13/26- had the onion rings again-so good and Mag Mile pizza on hand tossed crust-good w/plenty left for a take home box. We thought it was half-price large pizza special &so did our server. She told us of the error but gave us the special price anyway- so nice!
9/10/26- went for bkfst-mountain omelet had very little bacon & needed more cheese also,love the buddyz potatoes! Server had trouble remembering things we asked for.“
