They always seem understaffed at this in-store location. It often seems like there's only one person working there at a time, though I've seen two on occasion. May times, when only one person is there, you have to hunt then down so you can order. One of the baristas is super-efficient and friendly, but only seems to be there sporadically. If I don’t stop at my local Starbucks in Chicago, then I make it a point that in North Shore suburbs I only visit the one located inside Target. Caleb is ABSOLUTELY the sweetest, kindest young man, hands down best Barista and excels in his Customer Service skills. Good chance I’d never stop at this location if it were not for Caleb’s warm greeting and excellent customer service.
