If I don’t stop at my local Starbucks in Chicago, then I make it a point that in North Shore suburbs I only visit the one located inside Target. Caleb is ABSOLUTELY the sweetest, kindest young man, hands down best Barista and excels in his Customer Service skills. Good chance I’d never stop at this location if it were not for Caleb’s warm greeting and excellent customer service.
On the morning of 11/19/2022 I was charged $8 and some change for two KID’S hot chocolates. Barista should have known that wasn’t right for those drinks. She also wasn't very friendly, not rude, but just didn’t give me what I look forward to shopping at Starbucks. Kind of clouded my whole experience.Before I bought the kids drinks my husband got he and I a Peppermint Mocha and Oatmilk Caramel Machiatto. Both drinks tasted like the proportions were off.
