Wish it included drinks, that started at 4p and we were there from 2:30p - 4p. Had the tuna and crab rolls, Gyoza and edamame. Just yum!!!“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

I recently hosted a dinner for a baby shower for my daughter in their side room. Had 14 people with a catered menu of chicken limone, beef tenderloin, gnocchi, salad, roasted potatoes, and grilled vegetables for a very reasonable price. “We dined at Topaz in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a comfortable booth. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the grilled octopus and hummus—both prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we chose the Dover sole and Amish chicken. These dishes were exceptional and stood out as some of the best we've ever had. The potatoes served with the sole were also a delightful surprise. Portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. We highly recommend Topaz and will definitely be returning!“

“After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“We had a large group just before lunchtime on a Saturday, and they were great about squeezing us in. Our server D was amazing, truly, and the other staff were helpful and attentive, too. The food was delicious, hot, fast, priced affordably. They have a large menu. We had some special diets in our group and there were enough options for them to find what they needed. I definitely would return and would recommend it to friends.“

“On a normal day, Prasino is not usually quite as crowded as it was on Father's Day. The service is always amazing, the food is always delicious, and the drinks are superb. However, the length of time it took to get our food on Father's Day was excessive, to say the least. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed in the kitchen on a busy day, or if something in the kitchen wasn't working properly, but it took over an hour between when we ordered and the food was delivered to our table. We have older kids, who were "starving", but fully capable of being patient. But there were many tables with young children who I'm sure were affected by this. Let me be clear, this is NOT the norm at this restaurant. I have no problem recommending Prasino, and we will absolutely go back because of our many great experiences before this. But this is something that the owners need to address to prevent it from happening on the next holiday.“

“Went for breakfast. Had their Saturday breakfast special. Came with eggs, hash browns, sausage patties, toast and surprisingly a taco. Everything was delicious and the tacos were to die for. The employees were great and he even brought more tacos for the table!“
