The service is horrible but the food is good well at least the chicken and fish is. I order online they text me to tell me it's ready but I still have to wait 15 additional mintues. This happen frequently.
I got an order of 6 wings, 10 wings and a hot link. The chicken was fried too hard. Overcooked and tasted like they poured the entire container of salt on it. A waste of $40.
For future encounters with your customers, please do not give their food away if you all set a time for pick up. My pickup time was 7:30pm, it was you all who sent me an email at 7:11pm saying it was ready. And then when I get there at 7:38pm to pick my food up, you gave it away talking about it was sitting 20mins. It was waiting on me to pick it up. But if you really think about it, you gave a customer some old food because it was sitting out for 20mins. But I had to waiting...read full review
