I must admit I was pretty impressed with the staff at this particular location. I haven't been to a local Starbucks in 13mths due to unprofessionalism and lack of quality. Hillside Starbucks rock!!!
There are a couple employees that keep up the Starbucks experience but on average you generally have to wait for all the employees to get their drinks before you can order. Looks like time theft, but worst of all you're at their mercy for your coffee. I wish there was a Starbucks near here.
